The project includes the construction of 115 appartments distributed in higher plants (1 to 5), commercial locals on the ground floor as well as a car park in the basement. Compositionally the building has an urban aesthetic. In order to creat an unit aspect the fornt and back façades are treated with acreated with a face brick facade.
