This project includes the construction of 3 dwellings distributed in higher plants (2^nd to 4th) and a commercial space on the ground floor, basement and first floor. Compositionally the building presents an integrated aesthetic similar to the surrounding building typologies. An unitary look is searched, though everything is made with a more modern aesthetic. besides, a new viewpoint is created in San Nicolas road which helps the lecture and strenghtes the vertical aesthetic power of the whole.
