The building designed try to solve the needs of the inhabitants of the district of Magdalena, providing solutions for different uses: sports, shows, multifunctional, cultural, for children, coffee shops, restaurants, bars… The complex is composed by a new building, the rehabilitation of an existing one, The “Coliseum”, and a green new area. All of them giving responses to the needs discussed above.
