The contest proposed the comprehensive rehabilitation of an old data center for banking, located in an ancient industrial area of warehouses in Cogullada, Zaragoza. The program had to be developed in two separate phases, so that the work of the first phase were allowed while executing the second. Note the control room, developeed in Phase 1, where 300 job posts are located in one space.

On the other hand, the maximum contribution of natural light is searched for work spaces, reaching a conformt situation for the users and workers of the center.
