The healthcare equipment solves a complex program in a residual plot boundary between the third expansion of the city, ending of a city park, and facing a vehicular round.

The building distributed its 180 residents into 6 modules and into the top 3 levels depending on the degree of assistance. The day center is located at the access level, next to the outdoor green space, to provide the space required for the development of relationships between residents and visitors, grandparents and grandchildren.
