The silhouette of the building is characterized by the design of its curvature, which establishes a friendly relationship with their environment. In contact with the urban centre, it used a scale meeting of “human” in its access of the south side where the building, more functional, is organized as a large basement that enhances even more the covering.

The large cover on the centre is the most personal item of the building, and much of the challenge of this facility has been in the complex design of long-span coverage and its relevance to urban environmental surroundings as well as its capacity far to a stadium and closer to a continuous sport activity.
